Every year we have a team building day. We close the practice and have a day to connect with each other, improve how to work together as a team and have some fun. This day is very important to us and we look forward to it yearly. We have done many things, blind driving, zorbing, trampolining, treasure hunts, raft building and so much more, but we had never took to the deep cold ocean. We had the best morning at Adventure Sunderland learning to paddle board, riding the surf and competing in team building tasks. Afterwards for lunch we all went for traditional fish and chips, then we carried onto one of the pubs where we sat upstairs and played board games, finished off with a lovely Italian tea. This was up there with one of our best team building days to date and I don’t know how we will top it!
