It is our aim to always have satisfied patients, to meet your expectations of care and service and to resolve any complaints as efficiently, effectively and politely as possible. We take complaints very seriously, investigating them in a full and fair way and take great care to protect your confidentiality.

YOUR NEW DENTAL APPOINTMENT PROCEDURE
Here at Shotley Bridge Dental Care, we would like to thank you for your patience during what has been a testing time for everyone. We are looking forward to welcoming everyone back as safely and as quickly as possible. 
You may have heard that dental practices can open to routine care from Monday 8th June.

WHAT IS A DENTAL EMERGENCY?

  • Severe dental pain that does not subside with painkillers
  • Facial swelling that is compromising breathing, swallowing or eyesight
  • Dental trauma resulting in a tooth being broken or knocked-out
  • Heavy bleeding that does not stop after applying pressure with a damp gauze

ALL NON URGENT APPOINTMENTS ARE TO BE RE-SCHEDULED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!!!!! 

COVID-19 is affecting all our lives in a way we could not have expected.

As of today Monday 23rd March 2020 a decision has been made to cancel all routine and non urgent treatment appointments at the practice.

Managing Toothache at Home

During this difficult period of COVID-19 we have had to close our practice doors and can only see dental emergencies via prior appointment. To help patients through this period we have some advice as to how you can manage toothache from home. We are still here giving advice over the telephone so please call 01207 502621 only if you feel you have a urgent dental emergency.

Every year we have a team building day. We close the practice and have a day to connect with each other, improve how to work together as a team and have some fun. This day is very important to us and we look forward to it yearly. We have done many things, blind driving, zorbing,
